    We moved all office-space content to a dedicated subdomain (offices.cbtbaltimore.com) to isolate “therapy” keyword intent. This allowed Google to correctly interpret the main site as a clinical practice, not a commercial landlord — a key fix that led to quick ranking improvements.
  2. Technical Optimization
    We addressed Core Web Vitals, broken links, image errors, and canonical issues to improve crawl efficiency and page experience. We never create content on a broken site.
  3. Pillar-Cluster Content Strategy
    With the site stabilized, we mapped two years of content focused on high-intent, treatment-related keywords. Each pillar topic was supported by clusters that built depth and topical authority. We continue to produce monthly content and adjust based on performance.
